White tea
Most teas come from the Camellia sinensis plant and the differences develop based on how they are processed. White tea is the least processed, which is why it also has the least caffeine and the most mellow flavor. An awesome source of antioxidants, white tea is a good choice for anyone looking to detoxify their body and improve their complexion. Try a delicious classic variety or choose a white tea that’s been infused with fruit flavors for an amazing, luxurious twist.
Green tea
Go on an exotic journey when you experience the majestic flavors of green tea. Green teas are tradtionally wok-fired or steamed for a mystically delicious earthy flavor. Green tea has less caffeine than black tea and has been reported to have incredible health benefits, too. Drink a cup in the morning to give your immune system a powerful boost and maintain healthy blood sugar levels. Green tea is also great iced! Blend with flower and fruit flavors for silky smooth green tea bliss.
Oolong tea
Bump up the flavor with oolong tea which has been a favorite in China for centuries. The tempting, exotic notes in oolong tea come from a fermentation process that gives it a rich, robust taste. Halfway between green and black tea in caffeine content, it’s great for removing free radicals from the body and may be helpful in combatting a variety of chronic conditions including heart disease, inflammatory disorders and obesity. It’s also awesome for your skin and teeth!
Black tea
Get back to the basics with a steamy cup of Earl Gray, Chai or English Breakfast. Black teas are a great alternative to a morning cup of Joe because they have enough caffeine to give you that energy-boosting jumpstart you need to get moving, while also providing tempting health benefits.
Yerba mate
A highly popular South American drink, yerba mate is made from the leaves of the Ilex paraguariensis tree. Go south of the border with this flavorful brew that is touted as providing even more energy than black tea without the caffeine. Enjoy this tea traditional South American style by drinking it in a gourd with a metal straw that keeps the loose mate leaves from flowing into your mouth. Que delicioso!
Rooibos tea
The hottest new craze in tea, rooibos is an herbal tea with a nutty, full-bodied taste and a silky finish. Naturally caffeine-free, it’s high in antioxidants and may help to support the immune system, promote healthy digestion, fight allergies and even improve skin conditions. Brew a cup of rooibos and indulge yourself with it's refreshingly robust flavors.
